If you or any person in your household is on life sustaining equipment, please let us know. Members on the Essential Services list do not receive priority during outage restoration procedures. In the event of an outage, our staff will be alerted to the fact that there is medical equipment in your home and someone may communicate with you if the outage will be unusually long.
Members are encouraged to always be prepared with backup medical equipment and supplies and to have a plan to relocate with friends or family in the event of an outage.
