Please always assume that downed power lines are carrying electricity. For your safety and the safety of others, stay away from downed power lines or broken poles.
Please note - CEC will work to provide updates for outages that last more than one hour and affect multiple members. Not all outages will be addressed with an update on this website. Members are always welcome to contact the Cooperative office to question the reason behind interruption in their service.
How to Report an Outage

- Check your breakers or fuses
- Check with your neighbors to see if they have power
When calling, please give the following information:
- Your name
- Account number. This can be found in the top right box on your monthly bill.
- Provide any information you may know pertaining to the outage. Example: tree on line, broken pole, loud noise, etc.
