More About Us
Consolidated Electric Cooperative was formed June 20, 1938 and incorporated under the laws of the State of Missouri. Since that time, 39 other locally owned and operated, non-profit rural electric distribution cooperatives have been organized in Missouri.
Our service area consists of approximately 2,200 miles of energized line servicing more than 7,600 members. The area covers part of six counties: Audrain, Monroe, Pike, Montgomery,Callaway and Ralls.
Electric cooperatives are privately owned businesses established to supply electricity to their member-owners.
